Application:

Food grade calcium chloride is mainly used in food processing stabilizer, thickening agent, moisture absorption agent, taste improver and so on. For example, it is used in the manufacture of artificial shark fin, cerealose, color ice cream and dried fruit. Rabbit meat, beef and other food tenderizing treatment; Mulberry fruit, orange fruit granule beverage production, combined with sucrose ester for bananas and other food preservation. In addition, it is also used for the improvement of wheat flour complex protein and calcium fortifier in food.
